Sara Beach Restaurant:
You Eat What You're Given! Sara Beach is run by a local man called Roy & his lovely wife. They do all the cooking and there is only one dish to choose from – lunch! It's basically a combination dish of amazing various local produce.
Organically grown beef, chicken & pork & fresh seafood are the heroes of the meals, along Root vegetables and rice. The lunches are reasonably priced, each plate cost in the region of 1000VT. If you arrive on a private bus, your driver and guide will receive their meals from the restaurateur. |

After eating, whilst still at the restaurant, we were given a demonstration of how to open and shred coconuts. We were told that toilet paper was a waste of money and that the local coconut husks and leaves do the trick just fine. A local church is also present.
